This guideline provides guidance on emergency management measures to reduce the risk for employees and stakeholders.

Specifically, it makes provision for;

the measures that should be taken to protect lives and property in anticipation of a flood; and
outlines a controlled and coordinated response to driving when faced with floods and dealing with floods.
